BEFORE GETTING TATTOOED
•Must be 18 years of age or older. Absolutely no minor, NO EXCEPTIONS!
•Must have a valid photo ID that states your name and date of birth. (Photocopy will be made).
•Filling out paperwork prior to getting body art is required.
•Pregnant women will not be receiving a body art services.
•It is your responsibility to tell us if you have any allergies to any pigments, latex, and/or etc.
•If you are getting any type of writings or scripts, YOU are required to check the spelling prior to getting your tattoo. (It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to correct any misspellings). Any misspellings after the body art is done, it will be at your own expense to correct it.
•Rules and Policy above APPLIES TO EVERYONE who wants to get a tattoo here at Hung's Tattoo Parlor. There are absolutely no exceptions!
•Wear loose, comfortable, dark-colored clothing to your tattoo appointment to ensure easy access to the skin and prevent permanent stains from ink,blood, and ointments. Prioritize comfort over fashion, choosing layers for temperature changes and garments that allow the artist to access the area without requiring you to get fully undressed.
