Hung's Tattoo Parlor was found in San Diego, CA in 2003; providing services for almost 15 years. We have one of San Diego's best tattoo artist, Hung; with well over 25 years of experience. We are now providing services for the twin cities here in Minnesota. Tattoo parlor is located here in St. Paul. We value our customers and do our best to serve them properly and providing excellent customer services. Our customer's safety, comfort, and privacy is one of our top priorities. We do what we can to make our customers feel comfortable and satisfy while being here for their visit. We take great pride in our work and tattoo shop. Our prices are fair and reasonable.
